In addition, using various textbooks, students are able to study grammar, verbal comprehension, and communication effectively and in a balanced fashion.
From intermediate level, students enroll in formal Japanese modules in sessions 1 and 2, and enroll in electives in sessions 3 and 4.
Intermediate level
This is the most important and the most challenging level in mastering Japanese. The goal of this level is not only to improve the usage of vocabularies and expressions, but also to master the ability to fluently communicate in daily life.
For intermediate level 1, it is essential to have a general understanding as well as to correctly comprehend the other person’s underlying intentions. In order to achieve this, the students start to practice using expressions appropriate for certain situations and to understand hidden meanings in the language itself.
In intermediate level 2, we promote students to acquire correct grammar and to use appropriate expressions to be able to respond to various situations. This level focuses on day-to-day communications, increasing the range of vocabulary and the level of comprehension needed to continue to the advance level.
Lastly, intermediate level 3’s aims are to have students master daily communication skills and to be able to respond in business settings. This is the final intermediate level, sufficiently improving verbal abilities to communicate.
Advanced level
In order to reach the level of fluency of native Japanese people, we use up-to-date textbooks to train our students to respond to any given situation.
In advance level 1, students will be equipped with a command of Japanese akin to the level of fluency of native Japanese people. In addition, students will learn appropriate situational responses and begin to have an understanding of Japanese culture and its societal background using various textbooks.
Advance level 2 is the final level of Japanese education, in which students master the skills needed to reach their specific objectives, using Japanese as a tool in an up-to-date curriculum. Also, understanding delicate nuances of Japanese is another prerequisite to mastering Japanese.
