- Bills are included in the monthly rent.
- Your deposit, excluding ¥5,000 for maintenance, will be refunded at the end of your stay. Your administration fee is non-refundable.
- It is not possible to switch your contract from short-term(below 3 months) to long-term(3 months or more). In cases of vacancies, you will be charged a fee for the remaining days of the long-term contract.
- The duration of contract for school accommodation is 6 months. Extension fees of ¥15,000 will be charged every 6 months.
- You are able to order beddings for an extra charge of ¥9,000 upon signing the contract.
